Production Line Profile

Today I would like to share you the details of producing IP Camera from Sinocam.

1. Take the material and PCB from our SMT Factory, and assembling them.

Firstly, put the PCB on Solder Paste Printing Machine. Secondly, through 2050 chip mounter for 3 minutes,

so IC will have it on PCB , then solder the DSP on PCB board. Thirdly, put the PCB in the Reflow Soldering

machine for SMT about 5 minutes.

2. Connect the sensor board with IP Board by screws.

We need to solder the Power port, Video port on IP board, and clear it by Ultrasonic cleaning equipment.

Then it will solder the crystal oscillator on Sensor Board. So the IP Modules will become semi-finished products.

3. Led panel process
a. LED Panel material
b. sticker —— These position which connected with IC ,plug, capacitor and light sensor must be covered by sticker
c. insert the Leds
d. put the Led panel into Tin’s machine, so that to fix the IR led.
e. cut the feet of Led
f. remove the sticker
g. solder the IC , resistor ,capacitor, third transistor.
h. clear the LED Panel and so lering the photosensitization
h. test the LED Panel by machines, cos there are several common problems : such as: led light is not

bright or a little yellow color, or the light brightness is not conform.
And the LED Panel had been finished.

4. IP Modules aging test
It will be aging in indoor constant temperature for 40 degree and 48 hours. If the Camera has IR CUT

function, it should be open the relay timer in order to change the pattern of day or night. We can switch

it for 288-300 times for aging 48h.

5. Test the lens of cameras through focus them. And test the semi-finished product by workers.

6. Semi-products aging test

7. Assemble the outer shell of the camera, so the camera has been finished product.

8. Cameras aging test for 48h.

9. Test the cameras
Waterproof test and constant temperature/voltage test. Iris,etc. If it is qualified, then it will put in passed inspection area.

10. Make packaging.

11. Inspect the camras by normal sampling inspection

12. Qualified products will put into the warehouse.
